My goal with this work was to create tension, a direct connection between the object and the environment of a slowly decaying building, completely dependent on it. It's as if the preservation of the structure from collapse was its purpose, its eternal Sisyphean task. The central point of the object was once part of a complex from which it detached, but it remains an integral part of it.

Working with lines in the form of strips allowed me to draw in space, creating an illusion of a geometric structure, linearly defining the territory.

Before creating this object, I was inspired by the place in which it later emerged. I was fascinated by the stillness of a long-abandoned corner contrasting with the proximity of a bustling square nearby. From a different perspective, therefore, the object hidden behind a dilapidated facade may resemble a spider's web in the corner of a room where nobody looks – a parasite.

Cílem mé práce bylo vytvoření napětí, přímého propojení objektu s prostředím pomalu hnijící budovy, naprosto na něm závislé. Jakoby bylo držení stavby před kolapsem jeho posláním, jeho věčným sisyfoským úkolem. Samotný ústřední bod objektu byl dříve částí komplexu, od kterého se oddělil, zůstává ale jeho nedílnou součástí. 

Práce s linií ve formě pásek mi umožnila kresbu v prostoru, iluzivní vytvoření geometrické konstrukce, lineárně vymezující území. 

Před vytvářením tohoto objektu jsem byl inspirován místem ve kterém později vznikl. Fascinovala mě nehybnost dávno opuštěného zákoutí v kontrastu s blízkostí přilehlého rušného náměstí. Z opačného pohledu může tedy objekt, skrytý za zchátralou fasádou, připomínat pavučinu v rohu místnosti, kam se nikdo nedívá - parazita.
