In this work, I have explored the theme of the subconscious in relation to the human unconscious need for self-imposed limitations. I posed the question of how people today cope with the overwhelming abundance of freedom, constantly offering us more and more, whether this very freedom compels us to close ourselves off and become both the prisoner and the jailer of our own selves.

The central motif of my graphics became a trio of dejected figures turned away from the image. However, they are just variations of the same person in different positions, engaged in a solitary conversation with themselves. I became the central focal point, remaining somewhat anonymous. The figures appear more like empty shells of bodies, calm yet tense.

The background is composed of ornaments and may resemble a floral motif wallpaper. However, the patterns are inspired by the Rorschach test, a psychological method that explores the subconscious through inkblots.

Ve své práci jsem se zabýval tématem podvědomí v návaznosti na lidskou neuvědomělou potřebu omezení vlastních možností. Položil jsem si otázku, jak se dnes člověk vypořádává se zahlcením svobodou, nabízející nám stále víc a víc, jestli nás právě svoboda nenutí se uzavřít a být sám sobě vězněm i věznitelem. 

Centrálním motivem mé grafiky se stala trojice sklíčených postav otočených k obrazu zády. Jde ale jen o variace té stejné osoby v různých pozicích o samotě - vedoucí rozhovor sama se sebou. Ústředním bodem jsem se stal já sám, přesto svým způsobem zůstávající v anonymitě.

Postavy se jeví svou prázdnotou spíše jako schránky těl, v klidu a přesto v napětí. Pozadí je složeno z ornamentů a může připomínat florální motiv tapety. Obrazce jsou ale inspirovány Rorschachovým testem - psychologickou metodou zkoumající podvědomí pomocí inkoustových skvrn.
